Real estate developer preparing to build high-end, urban condominium project, needs to refine product features, size, pricing and better understand the urban residential marketplace. 


SOLUTION

  • Facilitate product development meetings with client, target customers, and real estate agents defining product requirements: unit size, location, features, benefits, and pricing. 


  • Recommend enhancements - Recommend materials, security, and HVAC enhancements, based on customer requirements.


  • Collaborate with client, architects, engineers, and designers refining design of compact, high feature, high detail, mid-priced urban living spaces.

  

  • Managed construction and finishing of project and display unit.


  • Developed marketing strategies' and materials. Contracted high-finish display unit, and offered pre-arranged mortgage financing. 


  • Developed and managed sales team and sales practices - Hired on-site sales agent. Conducted guided tours for real estate agents.

Quickly sold-out project at 23% above average price per comparable square foot.
